Crystal Lake Catering Company will greet you and your BYOB with a full bar set-up, beginning the evening with a beautiful presentation of premium cheeses, smoked fish and fresh fruit... along with a bountiful assortment of roasted seasonal vegetables and a variety of bruschetta.

Our seated meal at 7:30 will include a classic Caesar salad followed by your choice of Grilled Atlantic Salmon or Beef Tenderloin, both with Ware farm fresh green beans and garlic mashed new potatoes. 

Our coffee and dessert time features Northstar organic cherry crisp.
