RULES: |
The regatta
will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2001 – 2004 as amended,
the prescriptions of the United States Sailing Association, the NCESA
rules, and the
Sailing
Instructions. |

ELIGIBILITY: |
Skippers and
Crew must be members in good standing with NCESA. They must complete
the registration procedure and pay all fees before the start of the
first race. |
|
REGISTRATION FEE: |
$70
pre-registration; $110 on-site registration. Meal packages
are $70 per person; additional
lunches may be purchased for $7 each. |

In the mornings we'll offer coffee and juice and also
offer some donuts or muffins for a contribution

Lunches |
We'll offer bag lunches which will include the following items:
one day a roast beef sandwich, next day a ham sandwich and the
next day a turkey sandwich, each served on a kaiser roll
with cheese, lettuce and tomato and including a bag of chips, a
piece of fresh fruit and a peanut butter cookie. We'll
also make available an assortment of soft drinks and bottled
water. |

We'll have the BBQ fired up and encourage those arriving to
bring some meat to grill. We'll have a keg of beer on tap.
CLYC will be cooking brats for $1 each and beer donations gladly
accepted. |

Sep 9: BBQ Night |
Under the big tent at the CLYC. We'll have mango BBQ pork
ribs and Mediterranean grilled chicken, served with baked beans,
cole slaw, potato salad and topped off with peach cobbler a la
mode. We'll have a cash bar offering beer, wine and mixed
drinks for $2, $4 and $5, respectively. |

Friday Sep 10: Commodore's
Ball |
Under the big tent at the CLYC. First class affair
starting with hours d'oeuvres of cheese & fruit and shrimp
cocktail. Dinner starts with a traditional Caesar salad
and the entree choices include beef tenderloin that is carved
at the buffet and served with béarnaise sauce and roasted
redskin potatoes and steamed green beans, or Atlantic salmon
brushed with tomato basil vinaigrette and served with roasted
redskin potatoes and steamed green beans - both
fresh off the grill. Dessert is a New York cheese cake
on a graham cracker crust garnished with raspberry puree and
rich chocolate syrup. We'll have a cash bar offering beer, wine and mixed
drinks for $2, $4 and $5, respectively.
After dinner we'll rock the evening with music from the Just
Jake Band that will be playing classic rock/rhythm and
blues.
