RULES: |
The regatta
will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2005 – 2008 as amended,
the prescriptions of the United States Sailing Association, the NCESA
rules, Notice of Race, except as any of these are changed by the Sailing
Instructions. |

ELIGIBILITY: |
Skippers and
Crew must be members in good standing with NCESA. They must complete
the registration procedure and pay all fees before the start of the
first race. |
|
REGISTRATION FEE: |
$110.00
($105.00 with USSA membership). Registration fee includes four
lunches for Saturday and four lunches for Sunday; additional
lunches may be purchased for $8 each. |
