RULES:

The regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009 – 2012 as amended, the prescriptions of the United States Sailing Association, the NCESA rules, Notice of Race, except as any of these are changed by the Sailing Instructions.

ELIGIBILITY:

Skippers and Crew must be members in good standing with NCESA.  They must complete the registration procedure and pay all fees before the start of the first race.

REGISTRATION FEE:

$130.00.  Registration fee includes Lean In, four lunches for Saturday and four lunches for Sunday;  additional lunches may be purchased for $7 each.
