Dinner Reservations
(and Cancellations)
Please use the first form to place your dinner
reservations. Cancellations should use the second form. Note: we have reports the form does NOT work
correctly with Netscape browsers.
When you arrive at the
dinner, simply pull your name tags from
the appropriate notebook.
Leave your cash or checks at home and enjoy the party without the wait in
line!
Cancellations without charge to your
CLYC account will be accepted up to 72 hours in advance (Wednesday night
before the dinner). To cancel your reservation, please use
the Cancellation Form at the bottom of this page.
Those attending without reservations will be
limited to the number of no-shows, and they will have their
account charged the appropriate meal prices plus $4.00 per person.
If more than eight reservations are needed,
please reset this form and submit a second page of reservations, selecting
the Additional Reservations version.
